When Digital Exposure Gets Personal: How DeleteMe Helps Protect Public Officials
October 21, 2026FRC Partners with The Flagship Institute (TFI) to Advance AI Readiness Across the Public Sector
Artificial intelligence is changing how government organizations manage data, deliver services, strengthen cybersecurity, make decisions, and accomplish their missions. But realizing the value of AI requires more than access to new technology. It requires people who understand how to evaluate it, govern it, and put it to work responsibly.
That is why FRC is proud to announce our partnership with The Flagship Institute (TFI), a new public-sector AI readiness and education platform designed to help government professionals and the organizations that support them prepare for the next generation of technology.
On October 27, The Flagship Institute officially launched its new website and public-sector AI training services, introducing courses, bootcamps, certificate pathways, subscriptions, and customized team learning programs designed specifically for government.
For FRC, the partnership represents an important extension of our mission.
Built on Cybersecurity. Driven by Data. Focused on What’s Next.
As FRC expands its focus on Applied Data, modernization, and emerging technologies, TFI brings another critical component to that strategy: Education.

Why The Flagship Institute Was Created
The pace of AI development has created a new challenge for the public sector.
Government organizations are being asked to evaluate increasingly sophisticated AI capabilities while simultaneously considering cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, compliance, procurement, workforce readiness, and mission impact.
Technology may be advancing quickly, but organizations still need people who understand what that technology can and cannot do.
The Flagship Institute was developed to help close that gap.
TFI provides practical AI and applied data education for government professionals, agencies, contractors, and organizations supporting public-sector missions. Rather than treating AI education as a purely technical exercise, TFI connects emerging technology to the realities of government work, including security, compliance, responsible adoption, and mission delivery.
The goal is not simply to teach people how to use the latest AI tools. It is to develop a more AI-ready public-sector workforce, one capable of asking better questions, evaluating opportunities and risks, and making informed decisions about where AI can create meaningful value.
As TFI Co-Founder Jeremy Young explained in the launch announcement, the Institute was created to provide organizations with a practical path from understanding AI technology to making informed decisions about how and where to apply it.
Education Is Part of the Technology Strategy
Organizations can invest in AI platforms, modern data architectures, cybersecurity technologies, and governance frameworks, but technology alone does not create transformation. People ultimately determine how effectively those capabilities are understood, implemented, governed, and used to support the mission.
Through TFI, public-sector organizations can access on-demand courses, live instruction, structured bootcamps, certificate pathways, subscription-based training, and customized programs for agency teams. Its relationship with ODSC AI also connects learners with expert-led AI and applied data education ranging from foundational concepts to more technical subject matter.
A Natural Partnership for FRC
FRC has spent decades helping public-sector customers navigate changes in technology, cybersecurity, acquisition, and modernization.
Today, that mission is expanding.
As an Applied Data company, we see cybersecurity, data management, modernization, AI, governance, and education as increasingly interconnected. Government organizations need secure technology, but they also need trusted data, modern infrastructure, effective governance, and a workforce prepared to use those capabilities.
Our partnership with The Flagship Institute strengthens that approach.
TFI provides the educational layer that helps connect emerging technology with the people responsible for turning it into mission outcomes.
For FRC customers and partners, this creates opportunities to make education part of a broader technology strategy, from preparing leadership for AI adoption to developing deeper applied data and technical skills across teams.
