Committed To Community

FRC is committed to community. We are focused on making an impact in our community and enhancing our hometown – Erie, Pennsylvania. In 2021, FRC opened a new headquarters in Downtown Erie’s ‘Our West Bayfront’ neighborhood. The updated office is the result of months of renovations and is home to FRC’s local employees, many of whom live in the downtown area as part of the company’s ‘Downtown Living Stipend’ initiative. The FRC building is part of our commitment to cementing our future where we grew our roots.

Strategically located in Erie, Pennsylvania to maximize program efficacy, FRC maintains a unique partnership with Mercyhurst University – world-renowned for intelligence, cyber, and international relations programs. The strategic partnership provides a deep reservoir of subject matter experts in the fields of cybersecurity and intelligence, as well as the Federal Resources Cyber Lab – a state-of-the-art “proving ground” for the design of data and network security solutions as well as the implementation of information exploitation, intelligence analysis, and strategic communication operations.
