Erie Company, FRC, ranks 5th in Pennsylvania on Inc. 5000 America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Erie, PA (August 16, 2022) – Federal Resources Corporation (FRC) is ranked 5th in PA on Inc.’s annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. FRC also ranked 5th in government services nationwide and 235th overall in all privately qualified companies. FRC has been on the Inc. 5000 list four times in a row.

“From last year’s 708 ranking, this is a major bump up for FRC and for Erie,” said Jeremy Young, CEO, FRC. “This ranking represents a staggering 2,236% growth rate over three years — the bar is high in 2023 but our star is still rising. Our reputation is growing and our team is energized to keep on rising. What a great story this is for our team, clients, and our community.”

The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment — independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Among the top 500, the average median three-year revenue growth rate soared to 2,144 percent. Together, those companies added more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by Inc. 5000, again, we don’t take it for granted” said Sarn Bien-Aime, Chief Revenue Officer, FRC. “All businesses, especially small businesses, have faced unique challenges over the past couple of years to find innovative ways to connect with and execute for their customers and industry partners to sustain growth.  We are proud of this and extremely thankful for our employees who continue to embrace the opportunity to serve our customer’s difficult mission.”

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine, which will be available on August 23.
