Federal Resources Corporation Announces Rebrand to FRC, Reflecting Expansion Beyond Federal Markets
Federal Resources Corporation, a trusted name and mission-focused cybersecurity and IT solutions provider for the U.S. Federal Government, today announced its rebrand to FRC, marking a new era of growth, innovation, and expanded service capabilities.
The rebrand reflects FRC’s evolution from a Federal-only Value-Added Reseller (VAR) to a comprehensive technology and training organization now serving State, Local, Education (SLED), and commercial markets. While the Federal Government remains a core customer for FRC, the company’s rapid expansion into adjacent markets and emerging technologies has created a need for a refreshed brand identity, one that accurately reflects its broader reach, modern capabilities, and forward-leaning mission.
“We’ve outgrown our original name,” said Jeremy Young, President and CEO of FRC. “Federal Resources Corporation will always be a part of our legacy and our DNA, but as FRC, we are embracing a new chapter; one that expands our mission to serve a wider range of public-sector and enterprise customers with the same level of trust, expertise, and innovation we’ve built our reputation on.”
FRC’s rebrand underscores several key strategic developments:
Expansion into SLED markets: delivering cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and services to state and local agencies, as well as higher education institutions.
Launch of AI and Emerging Technology Training Programs: FRC is developing partnerships to provide government and industry professionals with hands-on learning in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data modernization.
Sustained Commitment to Federal Customers: continuing to provide mission-critical solutions through our library of Public Sector procurement vehicles, while deepening relationships with OEM and channel partners.
“Our customers’ missions are growing more complex, and so are the technologies required to achieve them,” added Young. “FRC reflects who we are today; an agile, multi-domain solutions provider connecting customers with trusted technologies, advanced training, and expert services.”
As part of its rebrand, FRC has introduced a refined visual identity that reflects its growth, strategic vision, and continued leadership in the cybersecurity and emerging technology sectors. The updated brand features a modernized logo, cohesive design architecture, and an elevated digital presence that together convey FRC’s commitment to innovation, precision, and mission alignment. These enhancements are guided by the company’s foundational “3Cs” philosophy; Customers, Capabilities, and Contracts, which remains central to FRC’s operational excellence and its ongoing mission to deliver value, trust, and technical expertise across the federal and broader public-sector landscape. The FRC rebrand will roll out across all platforms throughout Q4, 2025, including an updated website, social media presence, and corporate materials.
