FRC is committed to the community.  We are focused on making an impact in our community and enhancing our hometown – Erie, Pennsylvania. In 2021, FRC opened a new headquarters in Downtown Erie’s ‘Our West Bayfront’ neighborhood. The updated office is the result of months of renovations and is home to FRC’s local employees, many of whom live in the downtown area as part of the company’s ‘Downtown Living Stipend’ initiative. The FRC building is part of our commitment to cementing our future where we grew our roots.
