ERIE, PA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Federal Resources Corporation (FRC) announced the acquisition of International Systems Marketing, Inc. (ISM). A Rockville, MD based risk management and technology firm, ISM focuses on cybersecurity solutions and services delivered to the US federal government and other enterprise organizations. The acquisition will expand FRC’s US federal contract holdings by adding a GSA IT 70 Schedule, as well as a US DoD ESI contract.

Jeremy Young, CEO of FRC commented on the acquisition: “FRC’s customers, capabilities, contracts, and community are well served by adding the ISM team to our portfolio. Our contract offerings in particular will give our mission partners in the US federal government even more contract flexibility while still investing in our HUBZone community of Erie, PA.”

Although headquartered in the HUBZone of Erie, PA FRC will continue to have a presence in the Rockville, MD area past the acquisition of ISM. Sarn Bien-Aime, CRO of FRC commented on this: “Proximity to the multiple department and agency headquarters in the Washington DC area is essential to ensure high quality and continuous service to our mission partners, and we are committed to keeping a local presence in Rockville.”
