ERIE, PA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Federal Resources Corporation (FRC) announced the acquisition of International Systems Marketing, Inc. (ISM). A Rockville, MD based risk management and technology firm, ISM focuses on cybersecurity solutions and services delivered to the US federal government and other enterprise organizations. The acquisition will expand FRC’s US federal contract holdings by adding a GSA IT 70 Schedule, as well as a US DoD ESI contract.
